☘️ CELTIC CARDIO FOR ADULTS☘️
Try our high-energy Irish Dance Cardio class designed especially for adults! This class blends traditional Irish dance moves with aerobic conditioning for a workout that's as fun as it is effective. No prior dance experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let the rhythm guide you!
Classes are held by reservation only. Please reserve your spot at least 24 hours before class time.
